Because many available homes are not updated with appealing designs or haven’t been maintained correctly and need to be modernized. In those cases we can help you select a home, help you design and price the changes necessary to fit your needs and desires.
This makes the home buying selection much easier since it allows you to choose homes based on their location and potential to meet your home buying needs. Our designer and General Contractor can then price out any updates so a final and finished price can be attained. Often times the fear of purchasing a home that needs updating is not knowing what the final price will be and how to design it so it has the look and feel you want.
The first step would be to meet with us to discuss your criteria you want in your next home, such as size, area, price point, etc. Once that has been established we will search for homes that meet that criteria and show you the homes. If we find a home that is exactly to your liking that is great and we will assist with all the negotiations to make sure you “buy it right”, help coordinate the financing, inspections, title work all the way through the final walk through and closing.
What makes our team especially effective is that we all work with buyers and sellers. Therefore, we know what is important to sellers when we work with buyers and we know what is important to buyers when we work with sellers. Our best advice is to avoid working with just “Buyers Agents” or “Listing Agents”. This would be like operating a football team with only offensive, or only defensive players. In other words, you won’t win because you only have 50% of what it takes for success.
