We have that “HGTV” approach and believe in it and see it work in many of the homes we sell. Just like TV we give the recommended changes needed, supply an estimate and a General Contract performs the work. Once we’ve created that model home look we market the home through our technology and invest in promoting it on the most popular real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. We also place the home on the Multiple Listing Service a.k.a MLS. Some homes don’t need MLS to sell and if we can save you an additional commission by selling it exclusively or as a dual agent with a reduced fee, we will. We also hold open houses in a way that attracts many possible buyers.
We believe in using non-traditional and creative real estate methods to sell homes for more money in less time. Our goal is to make the client the most money on their home, by making affordable and value added improvements. We are constantly determining ways to make this process as simple and efficient as possible. Often times we invest more time before the home is listed than after the home is put up for sale.
For Buyers, we are the realtors in Scottsdale and Phoenix who perform real estate research of local market trends & behavior, more so than past comparables. This helps our clients make informed and educated decisions when they are buying or selling a home. Focusing on past comps will tell you where the market was, not where it is headed. Both need to be considered.
When we meet we’ll give you an overview, history and direction of the market you are considering a purchase. When it comes time to make an offer we conduct specific research based on that home, provide you what we believe to be a fair price backed by tangible evidence. We also give our opinion of a home’s positive and negative attributes.
This type of market research and trend analysis does put us at an advantage when negotiating a purchase for a client. We believe that you make the money on your home when you BUY it not when you SELL it.
