We are new to this area but have had major success in helping a Canadian investment firm enter this market in Scottsdale. Our broker also owns and manages an AirBnB of his own which does well. Trend reports help determine where values are headed in any particular area. Many neighborhoods may have reached their peak, while some neighborhoods that may look to be weak may be the ones that are on an upward trend. Through our connections with IMN and other local property wholesalers we often are able to find non-MLS properties for our investors. The non-MLS properties are valuable for many reasons and typically save the investor thousands of dollars on commissions and multiple offer situations that can drive the price of a property up.
